Frequently asked questions

How do I sign in?

FAMBAM uses email sign-in. Enter your email, tap to receive a 6-digit code, then enter it to log in — no password needed.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile → Delete Account and confirm. Your personal information is removed or anonymised and you are signed out.

Where do I find my expo tickets?

Open the My Ticket tab. Tickets are issued by the expo organiser's ticketing system and shown as QR codes inside the app.

How do I change the language?

Go to Profile → Language to switch between 繁中, 简中, and English.

Do I need to enable notifications?

No — notifications are optional and not required to use the app. You can enable or disable them anytime in your device settings.
