FAMBAM Terms of Use

These terms apply to use of the FAMBAM mobile app, which is operated by Fambam Limited. FAMBAM helps families attending baby and parenting expo events with registration, floor plan browsing, exhibitor information, promotions, shopping lists, messages, and the FAMBAM AI assistant.

By registering, logging in, or using the app, you agree to these FAMBAM Terms of Use and the FAMBAM Privacy Policy. Where the app links to exhibitor, ticketing, advertiser, or other third-party services, those services may apply their own terms and privacy notices.

Account and registration

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and keeping your account access secure. One-time passwords, magic links, and app sessions are for your own use. We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe there is misuse, unauthorised access, fraud, abuse, or security risk.

Children and minors

FAMBAM is intended for adults. You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. The app is not directed to children, and any information about a child (such as age range or gender) is provided by the parent or guardian using the app. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

Expo information

The app may show exhibitor details, booth locations, floor plans, schedules, offers, freebies, product information, shopping tips, messages, and advertisements. Expo information can change at any time. We try to keep information useful and current, but booth details, stock, prices, schedules, and promotions should be confirmed with the organiser or exhibitor before purchase or reliance.

Promotions and third parties

Some content is provided by exhibitors, advertisers, event organisers, or other partners. Redemption conditions, availability, eligibility, and fulfilment may be controlled by the relevant provider. External links and third-party services are not controlled by FAMBAM and may have their own terms and privacy notices.

AI assistant

The FAMBAM AI assistant is provided to help users explore expo information and plan shopping. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. AI responses may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You should verify important information with official sources, exhibitors, or qualified professionals.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the app, attempt to access systems without permission, scrape or overload services, reverse engineer protected parts of the app, upload harmful content, impersonate others, submit unlawful or infringing content, or use the app in a way that disrupts other users, exhibitors, event organisers, or the platform.

Intellectual property

The app, interface, software, branding, data structures, and content created by Fambam Limited or its licensors are protected by intellectual property rights. You may use the app for personal expo planning and family use, but you may not copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the app or its content without permission.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, content, or access for maintenance, security, event operations, legal compliance, or business reasons. We may update these terms from time to time. The latest active version will be shown in the app.
